We are all creative and we all have good ideas:
What do you do with your ideas? Start by writing them down and making them visible. Our business, like most businesses, started from an idea. Today's climate of fierce competition, economic uncertainty, and constant change, demands ideas from all employees. Ideas defy status quo, represent change and provoke discomfort. Idea making is hot in business today, because ideas are surprising and often have maps attached to them that could lead to significant bottom line profits. Ideas come from asking the dumb questions.
Look for opportunities to be creative especially when trying to solve a problem. Do not rush to a solution, but focus on asking more questions that might generate ideas, which might lead to a creative opportunity.
